How Cherry Mortgages work with you
Simple step by step process

Initial Contact
The first stage is an initial, no-obligation, phone discussion. We establish what you are looking to do and we make a plan for how things can progress. You will be allocated your own personal adviser who will be with you throughout. A meeting, either at your home (see areas covered), over the phone or via video is arranged with your adviser.

Adviser Recommendation
Your adviser will explain full details of the new mortgage package recommended for you. Provided you are happy, your adviser will submit the mortgage application for you.

Adviser Meeting
During this meeting, your adviser will discuss mortgage types, your budget and your objectives for the new mortgage. All information needed to source the right mortgage for you will be gathered. Your adviser will arrange a second appointment with you to explain the recommendations made.

To Completion and beyond
Your adviser will monitor the application through to the lender making a formal offer of loan and then assist ensuring all progresses to completion as planned. Beyond this, you will be contacted to ensure your mortgage remains the right one for you.
